If you would like to make a reservation please use one of the forms below. Usually we will send you the reservation confirmation within 24 hours. (during office hours )
   All reservations made now are free of charge. No credit card information or any other form of payment is necessary at this point. In our reply to you we will clearly state a cancellation and payment deadline. Before this deadline you can cancel your reservation at any time and without any costs to you. However, please keep in mind that different conditions apply for reservations made less than 3 days in advance for hotel reservations and less than 14 days in advance for air tickets. If you encounter any return e-mail or any difficulty in sending your booking details through this form, you may send your booking details to our main reservation office at e-mail address jinshitravel@yahoo.com or fax it to 1-718-961-4113 and we will process it as soon as possible

Ticketing Policy

   You can contact us by sending booking request, then we will contact you by email or telephone, usually within 1 business day. You may ask any questions or special requests in the Remarks area when sending your booking request.

PAYMENT:
   Most airlines take major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. US carriers also accept Discover and Diner's Club cards. For those tickets, we will send you a credit card charge authorization form to be signed and faxed back Attached with the copy of card holder's credit card front and back and drive license. In the case that the airline or the ticket type requires non-credit card payment, you will be asked to send us a cashier's check or money order or personal check. Wire transfer is accepted.
 
RESERVATION BE HELD:
   Reservation can be hold 3-10 days depending on the airlines and fare types. But air fares will be changed by airlines without prior notice; it's no way for us to inform you to issue your ticket before the fare is changed. so fares are not guaranteed since airlines require us to use the fares at ticketing time. Thus, our suggestion is to issue your ticket as soon as you can after reservation is confirmed.
 
PENALTY AND REFUND POLICY:
   Most of our discount tickets have severe penalty imposed by airlines for cancellation or change of outbound departure date. The penalty amounts vary with airlines and fare types. Usually, the penalty is in the $150 to $250 range. Sometimes it is higher and sometimes airlines restrict sale fares to be non-refundable. For most of airlines passengers are requested to pay the penalty of $75-$100 at airport check-in counter for the change of returning date. But the exception is still existed such as non-changeable or higher penalty .
 
RECONFIRM:
   You need to call the airlines 72 hours (Air China requires 7 days) before departure of each international flight to reconfirm your seats. We will provide you the airline phone numbers on your itinerary. You do not need to call US domestic connecting carriers to reconfirm seats, but it is always recommended to call the airlines to double check their final schedules for any changes the airlines may have made after you purchased the ticket.
